How do Donor Funded processing fees work?
If the donor does not cover the processing fee: Your nonprofit only pays the standard Stripe fee—2.2% + $0.30. DonorDock does not charge your nonprofit any extra platform fees!
If the donor chooses to cover fees: They will be charged 5% + $0.30 and all credit card processing fees are covered for your organization! Making it completely free for your organization!
