We don’t have custom fields per se. What we do have are badges on contacts and gift tags which are a flexible way for a nonprofit to customize DonorDock without the added complexity and maintenance that comes with true custom fields.
We have basic tracking for volunteer hours and dates of service, built right into DonorDock. If you need a more robust software that includes scheduling, we integrate with platforms like VolunteerMatters.
For organizations seeking a simple way to send emails to their contacts, DonorDock is a perfect replacement. You can create, send and schedule bulk emails to marketing lists in DonorDock (as well as 1-to-1 emails to individuals).
